I thought I finally found a place that I would be safe at in terms of treating my mental health. I’m remaining optimistic but the communication with my doctor and the staff he is involved with is one of the most frustrating and upsetting things I’ve had to deal with, making me question whether or not how much the staff is listening to their patients. Nice guy, but don't go to him for Tourette's. When someone has tics, don't tell them to stop. They can't. He also said that people grow out of it. Some do, but 2/3rds don't. Big red flags that he doesn't know or understand Tourette's. Edit: Lowering this to one star. After leaving for a different doctor, he put on the record that they dropped us because we did not show up to appointments when that was not true. We never missed an appointment.
