Made an appt for me and my daughter and told them the services we were coming in for. They were completely unprepared and understaffed, and we had to wait in lukewarm pedi water while they got to us and when they did it was super rushed. I wasn't thrilled w/the cleanliness either. The tools weren't sterilized and just overall not a great experience.

Sadly, I missed the deadline on a generous gift card from a friend. I called to see if it could be extended or maybe a partial credit could be extended to be told “no” by the manager of the salon. This card was given at the time of Covid and couldn’t be used. I then found myself in the position of caring for my two aging parents, who sadly both ultimately passed. Had high hopes for this place, but was disappointed with my manicure and pedicure. My toenails were cut unevenly and the polish didn’t completely cover the nail. Nails look chipped already. The salon is very clean, but the polish on my toes and my fingers did not meet my expectations.

The shop is so beautiful!!! Very well kept and Pam is very sweet she does amazing work. I was just telling her I was looking for a new salon & im so happy i found them! Affordable & very welcoming they do amazing work! I’ll be back my new favorite place.
