A group of friends and I attended the "Christmas weekend" at Vino in the Valley on December 8, 2018. One of the couples had 2 little kiddos who were so excited to be able to see Santa and go on a horse drawn wagon ride. The house wines were delicious and the food was great. Santa was late, about 20 minutes later than planned. The horse drawn wagon rides that were suppose to start at 12:45 didn't start until about 1:20-1:30. Vino in the Valley Christmas weekend, Santa was late because the horses weren't there. at No time was this announced or information provided. once the horses arrived, at 115 (not noon) for horse wagon rides, then there was 45 minutes of pictures taken for a "special" event. then all the guests WITH CHILDREN were told to go by the pavillion to ve picked up for the ride...for the wagon to arrive fully seated with apparently special people, more special than the guests that had been waiting 2 hours! when Julie the own of sorts ... read more

Standout customer service! Went down to enjoy the customer appreciation event a few weeks ago, and while I was there I accidentally left my daily purchase behind, a sweater I had bought for myself. I called them right away when I realized it and they took the time to go look and put the sweater in a safe place until I was able to pick it up. Unfortunately, I was unable to be able to make it down to Vino during their last couple weekends before they closed for the season. All it took was one phone call and I have to say thank... read more
