Disgusting I really do not understand why most of everyone gives this place a high rating. It is way too small, the owner Michelle was so rude, there were some bums in there looking around (seriously, I guess that is what you get for a wine bar in Burien). It smelt like bleach in there and it completely ruined my wine experience. I will NEVER go back.
For Wine Lovers If you love wine, you'll love this bar. It's quaint and low-key with a rotating list of some pretty eclectic wines. You're not going to see any Kendall Jackson at this place. My partner and I visit often to see what's new, we sit in the overstuffed leather and melt into the place.
Great Tasting! My girlfriend and I attended last weekends French wine tasting and it was great! The wines were awesome and we had the best time, wish we had one of these in West Seattle!
Lovely My wife and I enjoy Vino Bello's wine selection, friendly staff and delicious food. The wine tastings are informative but most of all, fun. It's the new Burien hot spot.
Great Selections Every time I visit this shop I find something new and exciting, the owner is very helpful, the bar is inviting, comfortable and upscale. The musicians that play on Saturday's are so good. This is a great date place.
very disappointing accousted by a jewelry saleswoman on our way in toTaste Wine!barely a greeting from the staff-their wine tasting and cost(s) never explained although we said several times that this was our first visit. 1 paperthin slice of provolone-4 paperthin slices of dry salami-4 small olives-2 thumbnail mushrooms and a 1/8 of a marintated artichoke made up their $11 antipasta plate. 6 pinky finger pieces of cheese a dolop of tapanade made up their almost $9 cheese flight. will never go back or recommend.
The Best of Burien Burien has a few enjoyable places that we love to go, Vino Bello is at the top of that list. Michele, the owner is so helpful and she made us feel like we were old friends from the very first time we set foot in the bar. The wine selection is amazing, music wonderful and the atmosphere a delight. I would recommend Vino Bello as "The Place" to begin your night, or the place to sit and stay with friends and family.
Fun Place We went there for the first time last night and it was so much fun! The musician - JD Hobson played awesome blues and everyone was into it, this is one hip little wine bar. I bought a bottle of everything from the tasting menu because the wines were so good for the price. I'd never tried South African wine before, it was great. You've got to be a real stick-in-the-mud not to enjoy this place!
Great Date Night Bar! My husband and I love this place. It's so refreshing to have an upscale, quiet and romantic place to go in Burien, the wine is great and there is beer for my husband, the cheese plate is fabulous and the service impeccable. We especially enjoy the Saturday night wine tastings and live musicians. It's just a great place to get out, get romantic and get away from the kids.
