The crew with this company did an excellent job on my large linden tree. They clear branches away from power lines in a way that did not detract from the looks of the tree. They were efficient and listened and reacted to my concerns.
************ showed up to remove my neighbor's tree and with no advance notice, indemnification, or permission, parked their truck and lift in my driveway. They proceeded to put down the stabilizers and began work. Common courtesy to ask permission to be on someone's property and to ensure that, in the event there is any damage to the property or dwelling that they will cover it. But, no. Straight up trespassing.

We do regret there was a misunderstanding between the crew and customer. We attempted to notify this neighbor to ask permission. Upon arrival, our crew deemed it necessary for the safety of both of the properties and for our personnel. Our mindset is to always be as safe as possible.
This is the 2nd time I've used Vinny's tree service and every time they provide exceptional service. They are always on time, answer all of my questions and provide great service at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family!
