Made an appointment a couple of weeks ago for my son. Gave the office all of the information they asked for, including my son's age. Was contacted the day of the appointment to let us know they were cancelling the appointment because my son was not 18. Even if they had cancelled the appointment the day before I wouldn't have wasted a sick day. Made an appointment for my son to see Dr Sharma. My wife took time off of work and we called our son out of school. The morning of the appointment, I got a message from their office saying that he, "doesn't see patients under 18" This should've happened at the time we were making the appointment, or at least a call back several days before, not the morning of.
My mom went in 6 weeks ago for intial evaluation and at that time bloodwork and a CT were ordered, which we did within the week. Still have not received a callback with text results after numerous phone calls and messages through my chart. My mom was prescribed medicine at the initial appointment that didnt agree with her. I called twice over 2 weeks plus left messages to find out what options there were. A nurse finally called me back to say they would get back to me.
