This place is under new management and everyone needs to be fired. Rude, poor quality. The gentleman wouldn't soak my nails off correctly and put acrylic on a broken cracked nail. 🚩

They were patient with my two young grandsons that wanted to go with me. The service is great and my nails look great.

The worst experience I ever had . The guy was so rough with doing my nails . He also nicked my cuticle with the cuticle drill . I was so tense and nervous the hole time while he was squeezing my hands and digging his long thumb nail into my skin . I was told a certain price over the phone for an acrylic manicure just to find out when I got there that it would be more expensive. Was not happy with the results . I will not be going back . I will just go back to envy nails in Wilmington.

The most horrible dip ever. She never dipped, rushed, French tips uneven and chipped looking plus charged full new set price. I posted a picture on site. I’m wishing no one gets a close look of this mess on my nails. I called ahead and asked if they did dipped nails and they said yes so I made an appointment.
