Edit: the owner personally reached out to me to apologize and get me on the books to fix my tint. He personally came to fix it as well. He apologized again. He was very pleasant and did an amazing job. I am happy that the issue was resolved. I understand sometimes things slip between the cracks or employees can make a mistake. I got my window tinted a few years ago. It was good. I noticed my back window tint bubbling so I reached out to have them fix it. It took a while for them to set an appointment to fix it. I got a confirmation call the day before the appointment and I confirmed. The day of I got a call that they had to cancel bc the tint roll didn’t show up. When I tried to reach out a few days later to reschedule they never replied. They ghosted me. Very unprofessional
