When I talked to Vinnie on Friday he told me the wait would be 2 hours and he said he had a waiting room I could be in until my windows are tinted. Since the door was locked I called the number. I show up for my appointment today on time, since the door was locked I called to let him know I was there. He said he closed the waiting room because of the pandemic. This guy is a super douche. Showed up for my apt, sign on the door says may be in the back working, please call. Did so, twice. Waited at the door for 10 min and sat back in my car. Text him and got this response. Mind you, I came in from the right side, I had no idea there was even a garage that sat behind the shop to the left of the building. Why would I walk around? I called like I was supposed to. Great customer service. Such a joke of a “business”.
