We always have the best experience at Vinnie’s! We visited this evening for the first time since the reopening (due to pandemic) and was so happy to be back and see all the wonderful staff. Of course the food was superb, but the staff had their same happy, uplifting, attitudes that we love! It is a must place to go! We live an hour away and drive over the mountain to get our Italian food fix! Thanks y’all for every thing! All your hard work doesn’t go unnoticed and every thing went very smooth with all the new protocols 🧡

Scary experience! No masks, and people all crowded together super close in line!!! Of i didnt have Covid before i definitely have it now! Also, im pretty sure i heard someone say something racist under their breath.
Absolutely atrocious experience. We were told it would be a 35 minutes wait, we waited over an hour to be seated. We were told we could order cocktails during our wait and were never seated or asked for our order. We then waited another hour for our food and at least 20-30 minutes for drinks and appetizers. Food was disappointing and salty. Manager did not apologize and said “the food took about 10 minutes longer than expected” Such a horrible experience. Will not be back.
What a wonderful experience. Great menu selections that were unequaled. Service was amazing with a very attentive server with other staff checking on us the passed by. Dessert was unbelievably good!
Food was amazing! Great Italian old school style! The sauce was so delicious! Seating was out side patio we will come back after Covid is done. Travelled here from Roanoke VA for the weekend. Staff was all great.
Adapted super well to Covid restrictions. Service and food were outstanding!
