We arrived, placed our name on the list and had about an hour wait. Once our name was called, we were seated and our waiter came right over. His name was Dalton and this guy was just amazing. He was so knowledgeable of every item we asked about. He started us of with drinks from the bar and some of their amazing bread (my weakness) and plate of oil and balsamic vinegar. this wad heavenly. We ate there last night and had one of the best Italian suppers I have had anywhere. Had a chance to meet the owner, Eric and what a gentleman. If you come to Asheville this is a must.
