We absolutely love their food but their customer service and accommodations are horrible! I was highly disappointed and dissatisfied with them. I drove 2 hours to eat here and had to leave.

I almost always have a great experience at Vinnie's. The Italian/American fare is good in an old fashioned, sentimental kind of way. The one weird/uncomfortable issue that I had came during my last visit. My date and I were seated at a very small table which is fine but there is no room for clutter. Our first time, and very disappointed. First of all, the wedding soup was not good. Eleven dollars is high even if it had been. Amanda, our server, forgot our salad. The lasagna was luke warm at best, and when I asked her if she would reheat it and she returned to the table, she said ..is THAT hot enough? We felt like we had broken the law to expect that to start with. It had hardly any meat. Will not return. Bartender was only positive thing we encountered.

An absolutely delicious dinner! The staff was warm and friendly, especially our new friend Zach, provided superb service and interesting conversation. From the appetizers, the vino and the amazing entree filled our tummies. The Tiramisu.....well that had to come home as a carryout. We will certainly be recommending this little secret and will definitely be returning!
