I had a disappointing experience at this salon. My first concern was pricing. I called ahead about my expired Groupon after Groupon customer service told me the merchant should honor the value I had already paid. When I made my appointment, I was told I would need to pay the regular price for the haircut, with the Groupon amount applied toward the total. I agreed and paid the full amount as requested. Shannon is amazing! She is very knowledgeable and talented at what she does! I got a keratin treatment and she educated me on all the do’s and don’ts. She had my best interest in mind and it came out amazing!
