The ladies checking you in at the front desk are so kind and helpful. The atmosphere in the office is beautifully decorated! Dr. V is loving and truly cares about his patients and staff.
The below review was provided due to a billing issue, which is a reflection upon the third-party company used by VinMed and not VinMed itself. The comments of the office and clinical staff still stands; excellent service and professionalism, and boosted further now with holding a service provider accountable for errors. The issue as a whole has been corrected by VinMed themselves, assuming responsibility for an error made by their contracted billing service. Had an MRI done here and had such a positive experience. The staff up front is so sweet and helpful. The doctor could tell I was nervous and made me feel so comfortable and gave me what results he could right away. I would definitely recommend.
I brought my mom here for a mri and he was fantastic! She did a brain and spine mri and he was very helpful and helped her through the tough parts. Absolutely recommend!!
