Food was just okay wouldn’t rush back

The waitress took our orders but forgot to bring my food. So I sat there waiting thinking it was just getting too long to cook then I realized that she never put in my order. I sat there for about an hour waiting for the kids to eat and she never noticed that I didn’t get food. The restaurant was almost empty so she wasn’t very busy. Next time write things down if you don’t have good memory.
