Worst dental experience ever. I'm an army veteran with ptsd and a bit of a phobia. I went for an emergency extraction. Literally every single person there was incredibly rude and very pushy, despite my polite demeanor encouraging them to change the mood. I was so uncomfortable that I left before they even started the procedure. It's incredible that they let that kind of negativity work in a profession that requires you to communicate with and work on people.
