Dr. Chaudhary is a good provider, however the lady she has at the window gives you a hard time often times when she can make things easier than they are. Unfortunately I already assigned my mom to this doctor so we don’t want to go through the process of finding another physician.
I have been a patient of Dr Chaudhary for a few years now I have no complaints. Her receptionist ChaCha is super friendly.
I was told to go out & buy a COVID test prior to an appointment on a Thursday & I would be seen the following day if, when I took it just prior to arrival, it was negative. Went & bought one. According to the instructions, the test, if negative needs to be repeat in 48 hrs x 3 times. Called & to office staff of negative result, but that it was only the 1st test. She had no clue.
