Great location in O’Fallon and decently priced. Was late one payment because it simply slipped my mind and the landlord was very understanding. Quiet as well, with a nice pool.
Was shown an unit and told it would avaliable to me at the time I needed, that was false. Was told to complete an application online, to provide any move in date and that it would be changed if needed; that was false. I'm currently out of $319 from the fees, been waiting over a week for a check to be sent to me. Starting to think it was a weird money grab, I'm glad I didn't sign a lease with this community.
I’ve only been a resident for a couple of weeks now. But after being in one apartment complex for nearly 13 years, to moving here, this is the most welcomed I’ve ever felt. The community is great and friendly. A lot of dog owners here, and being a dog owner myself, I really like that. This feels so much like a home and a community ‘. The move in process was great. Star, the property manager, made it as simple and stress free as possible and has helped make me, my son and doggo feel welcomed.
Nice website... But when you purposefully don't list your pricing that's a major no no. What do you have to hide? You think it's a great idea to start off inconveniencing us? Nice job. Smh
Very well kept complex!! Updated appliances and new carpet! Maintenance is awesome as well as management! Very happy with my apartment!
