I love that this office is a family business, rather than a corporate chain. Everyone has a stake in making sure that patients are treated well, and I feel very welcome when I come in. Dr. McMaster has a very calm and calming personality, which I appreciate, since dental visits can be stressful. This practice has spoiled me!

The staff is very friendly and I didn't have to wait long. But it was an incredibly painful cleaning... The dental assistant gave me a box of wooden sticks and told me to go home and aggressively poke in between my teeth until I bled and said that making your gums bleed every time you floss is "healthy". She then proceeded to use the sticks on me and held a mirror to watch - I told her to move the mirror because the blood made me queasy and she just laughed. I've been going to Dr. McMaster for years. He is always punctual which is very important to me since I go during my lunch break. I love the tool he uses to clean teeth because it's super fast and tolerable.
