I went to Vinings Endodontics for a second opinion, and I honestly left feeling relieved and grateful. Dr. Hidi and the staff were very professional and caring. I came in with a lot of pain and they were very compassionate. Dr. Hidi made sure I understood the process before she began the procedure. The office is very clean. The extra touches like a blanket and headphones to watch tv made the experience much better. I highly recommend Dr. Hidi and the practice.
Dr. Hidi and her team are outstanding! I was able to get an appointment the very next day, and they even called to let me know when they were running a bit behind—something you rarely see in the medical community. Dr. Hidi makes you feel completely at ease before, during, and after the procedure. If you’re in need of a root canal, I highly recommend her.
I must admit to being very anxious about about my upcoming root canal. My awesome dentist, Dr. Gavric, referred to me to Dr. Hidi with the assurance that she was awesome and that she made root canals a lot easier than I was expecting. I do fear going to the dentist. And doubly so when I’m in pain already. My experience was counter to all my fears. My pain was uppermost to the doctor and staff and was mitigated with care and great success. My treatment was explained up front and afterwards the doctor explained my follow- up and everything I needed to pay attention in the interim. It was truly a pleasant experience. She came highly recommended and I highly recommend the doctor and her team.
