Lived there three years, they are constantly in your apartment! Parking horrible and poor construction with out of control rent that goes UP EVERY year! Would not recommend
RecommendedI live at the Vinings now for a year and a half and from the moment I moved in I have never felt safer in my home the maintenance guys are spot on fixing anything that I have had to have fixed the office personal could not be more accommodating and nice the grounds are always maintained to perfection also I have only met nice neighbors and fur babies here I hope to live here for a long time because I don’t think I could find a better place to live !!!
My husband and I have lived here for about 5 months now and we really love the complex! Our apartment is spacious and quiet, the office staff is kind and helpful, and maintenance is quick and efficient! We also love how close the complex is to grocery stores and shopping without feeling like a busy location. If you’re looking for apartment living in Carteret County, look no further than Vinings at Wildwood!
Lived there since 2012 and paid Rent on time or EARLY every month!!!!! We had to leave this Oct 2020 due to private family issue, and COVID issue, and have been harassed since!!! In the eight years we lived there the rent would go up every year, we had the same paint in that apartment for eight years the same carpet for eight years, a leak in the master bathroom that we told them about four times but all they did was cover the issue and never fixed it! Would I recommend them? No!!! Now they send us a bill for over 4,000 doll... read more
Pleasant staff, the people in the office were great!
This place was terrific before the Florence hurricane. The way management has responded to this tragedy is phenomenal! I’ve been through 5 hurricanes in Massachusetts and nothing compares to the caring and work the people have done here to get everyone’s life back to normal. I’m so in awe of what everyone’s doing here!
Horrible place to live! Simply horrible! Paper thin walls,floor/ceilings. I suggest you buy ear plugs for the noise and rubber boots for the constant piles of dog poo you will have to step in to get to the grill,pool,trash your car etc. Do yourself a favor and find a refrigerator box to sleep in if you must choose between the two. But don’t worry there’s more! When you move out to avoid the constant harassment you’re gonna get sued for breaking your leases. Run!
