Laura M. In the leasing office was very professional and helpful during my recent move. She made me feel comfortable and welcome. I Would recommend her and Roper Mountain Apartments if looking to make a move. You wont regret it! 10/10!
I CANNOT WAIT TO MOVE OUT OF THIS PLACE, and the only reason I can't is my job. Austin is nice, and the maintenance is nice. However, the Community Manager is NOT, and the staff often blames residents for problems. Echoing other comments, the apartments are nice enough. However, they rarely clean the pool, and it is often dirty. I like the location because it’s close to the highways. The whole team at Bell Roper Mountain apartments (Austin, Crystal, Amanda, Angel, Michael, Tyrek) are amazing! They always greet you with the warmest welcome and are so responsive for maintenance work orders.
Austin from the leasing office is absolutely phenomenal - he is always eager to help with a huge smile on his face. The buildings are in great condition; they are spacious and very well maintained. The maintenance team is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and timely as well. The community is very family/pet friendly. Overall, I had a wonderful time living here and would highly recommend!
This has been the best property management company my husband and I have ever had. They are amazing at communication, very prompt on resolving any maintenance, very friendly and thorough. Amanda, specifically has been a God send for us. We had plans to live somewhere else but that company was horrible and ultimately fell through and Amanda did everything she could to get us into an apartment within days.
