I CANNOT WAIT TO MOVE OUT OF THIS PLACE, and the only reason I can't is my job. Austin is nice, and the maintenance is nice. However, the Community Manager is NOT, and the staff often blames residents for problems. Echoing other comments, the apartments are nice enough. However, they rarely clean the pool, and it is often dirty. I like the location because it’s close to the highways. I have lived here for 2 years, and I'm very thankful it is coming to an end. The apartment building construction is downright terrifying, I can hear my upstairs neighbors talking pretty clearly while in the bathroom, and footsteps from above have robbed so many nights of sleep from me. There's a legitimate problem with the vertical sound isolation, I can hear every single step of my upstairs neighbor accompanied by concerning structural creaking you would expect from a haunted mansion. There is dog poop EVERYWHERE! And not just on the grass. It's on the sidewalks. It's in the parking lot. It's even on the stairs. Especially at night, it's impossible to walk around without stepping in something, and the dog park is completely unusable. Once in a while they send out an e-mail reminding people to pick up after their dogs, but nothing changes. If you enjoy outdoor activities, have a dog of your own, or even a favorite pair of shoes, look for a complex with better policies and solutions.
