I have been at this apartments for 3 years (3 years to much) This place is a joke, the gate never EVER works, so it is gated community but not really gated because the gate it is always broken and they have to wait for corporate to approve the repair. I had to wait about 6 months for them to replace my dishwasher because it doesn't work! And they kept telling me that it has to be approved by the owner, really? 6 months? Nice apartment and complex...TERRIBLE onsite management and an evil, lying, greedy property management group (Riverstone Residential Group). They will lie straight to your face and steal as much as they possibly can from your wallet. If they tell you something - anything - GET IT IN WRITING. Better yet, AVOID THIS COMPLEX AND MANAGEMENT GROUP LIKE THE PLAGUE. If you see a complex is managed by Riverstone Residential Group, RUN AWAY. You've been warned.
