Vinh Phat is, perhaps, the finest mechanic in San Diego and definitely one of the best in the country. Don't let his modest shop fool you. I would honestly give him the following ratings: Diagnostics *****, Honesty*****, Price ***** Passion***** Heart***** (He's one of the few mechanics you can be confident paying whatever he asks.)
