Dear all, I want to publicly share my negative experience with Vinfast cars. My 2024 vehicle had a serious malfunction—it stayed on and drained the battery quickly, and we couldn’t turn it off. I tried calling customer service multiple times without success. Armin was so so patient with us. He’s there to help you, not just get money off of you. Unlike other dealerships we’ve dealt with. We didn’t feel rushed or forced to buy the car, they really gave us time to decide and see our options. Would definitely recommend to friends and family who are looking for an EV!!
We just bought a new VF9 at VinFast New Westminster it’s super Amazing Ride.There is sales rep Armin made the process smooth and stress-free. Armin was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive to all our needs. He answered all of our questions thoroughly and guides us through every step of the process. We are beyond happy with our New EV.
I purchased a VF8 from the team at Vinfast New Westminster. The team there is great and totally focused on customer service. Jarvin Ong in Sales and Jason in the Service Department are easy to deal with and it's important to them that you have a positive experience purchasing and owning the vehicle. I have almost 25,000 kms on my VF8 and have no regrets!
We took delivery of our VF9 last week, and so far, are very happy with it. Big shout-out to Sanj, Jarvin and the team at Vinfast New West. It was a wonderful experience; their knowledge and level of care and attention are something to be praised.
