I had a very good experience at VinFast Langley Showroom and Service Centre. If you're looking for a new electric car fully loaded , ask for Ken Truong. He was such a professional during the whole car purchase experience. Listened to my needs, showed me a car that worked for my budget, went for a wicked test drive, got me a great deal, and I was in and out of the dealership in about two hours. We were in the market for an EV for about a year. Test drove Tesla’s, Cadillac, and others. Stopped by the Langley Vinfast dealership on a whim as we knew nothing about the brand. I want to let every one know that my experience when I purchase a vehicle from Vinfast . I met Ken Tuong my Senior Sale man he make feel at home and he explain all the feature about vehicle and he also surf me coffee and help to get H.O..V decile . We got our VF9 about two weeks ago and happy to report that it’s been incredible. Want to give a big shout out to Ken who went above and beyond to make the whole process a joy. From the first test drive, to support with charger installation, to following up. He’s been a true professional, helpful every step of the way.
