doesnt answer the phone This place literally never picks up the phone. ive called several times, left messages and nothing. look elsewhere dont waste your time
You won't get a penny of the security deposit back, and they'll charge you extra We lived at the Vineyards for two years. They constantly tried to add extra fees to our rent bill each month. When we moved out, they charged us over $900 in damages. We cleaned and scrubbed out the entire apartment too. I filled the walls where pictures were hung. They charged us $400 to paint alone.
