Complex is beautiful and well maintained by property management. Manager is sweet and always available to take care of your needs. Problem with this property is Palm Community, the owners!! This complex is federally regulated which means they rec'd funding from the feds and in turn have to keep some units low income. I called for information on leasing I was told it was a 1-3 year waiting list.
I wish these were for disabled people that weren't senior yet :) . There is not enough help for disabled people that aren't seniors. I'm a disabled mom on ssdi and want to find a decent place to rent and not worry about my child's safety :) .
Beautiful!! Many shops nearby. I will definitely consider moving here!!
