Had to mo e out 2 months before my lease expired due to health issues from the filth. The cold air return vent was clogged and when I removed it there was 5 inches of dirt, dust and filth stretching back 10 feet to the furnace which was also a fire hazard. Furnace filter also wasn’t changed for 14 months. Have lingering health issues from filth in the apartment.
