This is by far the worst community I have ever lived in and due to my career, I have been renting all over this country since the mid 90's. Not enough character space for everything over the last 7 months in G123, so I'll touch on the major issues. Dishwasher flooded my apt 3 times. I was told when they finally replaced it, if it didn't work, I would have to wait until the new year since ownership wasn't approving purchases.
