The Manager for vinyard points apartments at 7585 diamond ranch drive is the best and respectful. she is very kind and helpful she has outstanding behavior since I become resident there she has great management.any time I need maintenance she does it on time no need to wait. the apartment are nice , clean and great for living . she is always accessible and her assistant is also great man he is very kind and respectful.
The manager speaks rudely and is unkind. Staff needs to be changed, no professionalism.
The management does a great job at looking out for it's residents, anyone else that says otherwise is mistaken. There is a diverse community here but many spots are taken. Ive lived here for over a decade and seen managers, residents, come and go and not many have let me down. The only issue I've seen or faced is the robberies, other than that it's a great place to live if you can make it in
