lost deposit I gave them $100 to hold the apartment. That was over 3 weeks ago. They told me it only takes 10 days. Needless to say don't give them money on line or in person.
LOCATION AND FLOORPLAN! I love the location -close to the freeway and a major mall! The floor plan is great with the 2 bedrooms separated by the kitchen area for better privacy and each has walk in closets and its own bathroom! The square footage and floorplan is better than all the other complexes in the area!
Vineyard Gate We have lived in Vineyard Gate Apartments in Roseville now for almost 3 years. The complex is very quiet, during the day and night. Kids out playing in summer make it a good neighborhood vibe. They have made quite a few improvements since we moved in. The did a whole BBQ lounge area down by the pool that is very nice, and now they are working on putting in a dog park.
