I moved in here in April the staff is great!! Jessie and Rogelio Vargas came and fixed my stuff quickly and I appreciate that. Jessie goes above and beyond with helping me. Tiffany the office staff is great as well always makes me lol and Gia is the momma that holds the glue together!! Go vineyard.

Horrible apartments!! These managers care very less about their tenants. I've had friends and family stay in these apartments for years and a friend of mine recently just moved over there. One of her bath tubs has stains all over the tub regarding the fact its suppose to be a "renovated" unit she JUST moved into. They basically told her to clean it herself as if they are not LEGALLY & LAWFULLY suppsoe to repair anything damaged, broken, unsanitary, or unsafe! Horrible experience in the 3 years I lived here. From management to the unit. Specifically unit 1022 is covered in black mold the office just paints over (this includes master bathroom and guest bathroom closet. I will post pics to this post. I had total of 5 floods which they never came in and dried up any water. They let it all absorb into the walls. I've had my car almost stolen 3 times. Unit always being left unlocked by staff and entering without written proper notice ect. They are very shady and need to be investigated... read more
