Ryan is the worst maintenance guy ever!! He acts like he runs this place even pretends to be the manager. He harasses the tenants and even enters their apartments without notice & without permission! He really needs to be fired. Several complaints about him & somehow he still has a job? He is a scary & maybe crazy guy? He needs to be terminated & evicted!! It’s not safe
I came from a Facebook post, and I just want to say I should have spoken up a long time ago. Ryan has done everything in his power to make my life miserable. He yells all hours of the night, cusses people out, doesn’t do his job properly as the maintenance man. I have never had an experience like this any other place I have lived at before. He worries about the small stuff, like locking the laundry mat at 8 pm every night when most people here work long hours but won’t fix a busted pipe. I do spoke today with Brian he said he is the manager of these apartments, he act absolutely rude arrogant with me and my wife , I only was providing my services in this please.I cannot imagine how this person is treating residents of Have this place.
