edit, new photos shows rotting wood on joisters, ledgers of upstairs and down stairs neighbors. and shoes rotting handrails and guard rails. saint louis county code enforcement requires all decking be rot free. the green moss and algae is clearly where it is rotting. boreds on my sliding doors show landlord clearly knows and is guilty of not maintains safe buildings. why is the upstairs neighbors and downstairs neighbors sliding doors not boarded up and caution taped off? phots also show boards on second story slow ly coming... read more
The laundry unit didn’t lock when I moved in 1.5 years ago and now they finally fixed it. But before they fixed it . My laundry got stolen. I have packed up basically my entire apartment and haven’t found the missing laundry and when I asked for them to check the footage they did but they said nobody stole it but we know someone did for a fact. All of the washer and dryers are always broken. They are never working and if they are working like 2 or 3 at a time. And when we have an issues maintenance also takes forever to get ... read more
