Great Staff. They are easy to work with.
I have enjoyed living in the Vineyard Apartments. I would also like to praise the maintenance workers, especially Eric, for listening to our repair concerns and fixing our water heater and AC unit.
This is the most horrible place I’ve ever lived in my entire life. The management’s communication is abysmal, and they consistently neglect residents’ basic rights to enjoy their living space. I’ve been forced to endure secondhand smoke coming directly from downstairs through the vents, and to make matters worse, this apartment has no non-smoking policy in place. I'm posting under different name, since Vineyard apt employee's reply does not show the person's real name, either. When I lived here, the leasing office ILLEGALLY intercepted my packages and put them in the package concierge metal lockers, that I did NOT have access to, I had to ask leasing office to get it for me, which means I could not get my own package outside office hours, which is 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, which happens to be the same time that I'm working, so Vineyards forcibly delayed my pkg, even though they know that my... read more
