I have enjoyed living in the Vineyard Apartments. I would also like to praise the maintenance workers, especially Eric, for listening to our repair concerns and fixing our water heater and AC unit.
This is the most horrible place I’ve ever lived in my entire life. The management’s communication is abysmal, and they consistently neglect residents’ basic rights to enjoy their living space. I’ve been forced to endure secondhand smoke coming directly from downstairs through the vents, and to make matters worse, this apartment has no non-smoking policy in place.
