0 stars! I had a very disappointing and suspicious experience with Dr Anuoluwa Esther Oladipo. I booked a video consultation, and although the call started, the screen was completely black and no one responded. I could hear audio feedback, as if someone was in the room, but there was no communication at all. I spoke multiple times with no reply. This experience has made me question the legitimacy and professionalism of this service. I would not recommend this clinic to others based on this experience. Waste of time!!
Crazy how you can book an 'in person's appointment through Health engine past the opening hours and there's nothing to warn you. Waste of time.
Had a sudden and quite worrying symptom appear and booked in here to have it checked out. They changed my appointment to a phone appointment 50 minutes before my appointment time, left a message, then did not answer the phone when I tried to call back and I couldn't leave a message. The doctor called five minutes before my appointment time and tried to find a solution for me, but all of them involved either me driving to another clinic during rush hour or seeing another doctor during my work hours, which were both not viable... read more
