Our maintenance supervisor Quincy Thomas is awesome. The handling of our snow emergency was spectacular. He's always available when we need him.

Quincy is very attentive and helpful. Has helped us a lot with our maintenance needs. He is very professional, good communication and responds in timely manner.
Everytime there an issue in the house Quincy is sure to come in a timely matter and fix it . Quincy and Erica always smiles and says hello and makes sure to say have a great day when walking through out the neighborhood. Quincy is be far the best maintenance person in a long time I’ve had! Big shout out to you for making everyone living situation comfortable.
