RecommendedAwesome staff! They fit me in last minute and everyone was super nice. Everyone made me feel like family, making sure I was happy and comfortable. They also had me in and out in no time at all. Top notch for sure!!!
The best place to get oral surgery by far. The staff is on point with everything and Dr. Palma is a nice understanding person. They have all new equipment like x ray machines and other stuff. You can't beat this place. They care about you.
Excellent staff and very professional. I was so nervous for my wisdom teeth removal. DR.PALMA and his team made me feel comfortable with the consultation, the putting to sleep and the surgery. I got 3 wisdom teeth removed and it's been a week no pain, no swollen!! Could not have been a better experience for me. Will definitely refer DR. PALMA to others! 5 STARS *****
Shout out to Dr. Len Infranco who took the time to call me at 7:45 last night to check on my daughter! How many doctors do that?! She wasnt feeling great and he advised how to help her manage her pain and assured this nervous mom as well! He has been phenomenal in all 3 surgeries my family has had done by him and I couldn't be happier with this practice! Thank you!
My daughter just had 4 wisdom teeth pulled and she had a stitch come out so she went back the next morning to have it looked at the receptionist was on her personal phone kept my daughter waiting for 10 min standing at window just to say she was there now if she was on business phone I have no issues but her cell phone is another!!! Then kept her waiting for over an hour before she just ended up leaving without being seen. They should have fit her in between appointments or even a nurse to look at in hallway or something. My friend,Jill, continues to have a terrible time with this office. Her father has been in Heaven for FIVE YEARS, but they consistently call her to remind her of his “upcoming appointment!” She has told them time and again that he has passed on to no avail. Now they’re THREATENING HER that she’ll be financially responsible if he doesn’t show up for his upcoming appointment. Really?!? With a staff this rude, uncompassionate, and hard headed I would NEVER GO THERE! 😡
Dr Len Infranco treated me with the utmost respect, kindness and gentle compassion a dental scaredy-cat can ever hope for. His support staff was also friendly, professional and put me at complete ease. Dr Infranco even called me the next day to follow up. I also never felt a moment of pain through my procedure. I highly recommend him and his office.
Dr. Infranco was PHENOMENAL. The nicest, most professional, and comforting doctor I’ve ever had. At 26, this is my first ever surgery...and I was scared to death. He was very friendly, quick, and efficient. I didn’t realize I fell asleep, and before I noticed I was awake again. Completely content with how well things went under Dr. Infranco’s care!
