I have not worked with this guy personally, but he is building a house next door to me. If you want your neighbors to hate you before you even move in, hire this guy. His job site is messy and his guys are rude. I have had 2 tires on my car replaced because they had construction nails in them, they have cut my utility lines, they blast their music all day and they repeatedly block my driveway and fire hydrants.
