I recently saw Dr. Vine in the Flatiron district and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The office is conveniently located right in the heart of Flatiron—easy to get to via subway and super clean/modern inside. I had a negative experience in this office, and will never go back to it. I could overcome the bleak office decor and uninterested reception. But after I went in for my initial screen, I felt demeaned at every step. A prep worker came in, mispronouncing my name and showing no interest in the correct pronunciation. My son and I have been seeing her regularly for several complicated issues over the past few years, and despite always having a full schedule, she gives us her complete attention for as long as needed.
