My husband and I have been living here for over a year already and let me tell you the property manager is THE BEST ! Thank you Julie for always taking care of us and for the maintenance as well ! Whenever we need something fixed or done it gets done right away. Need an affordable place to stay this is the place ! Don’t be afraid to stop by and take a look 🙌🙌
AMAZING PLACE TO LIVE. Occasionally there can be noise from upstairs neighbors late at night, and the dryers in the laundry area don’t always dry clothes very well which are common when living in a shared community. Recently some new cement work was done near my front door which has made the area a bit muddy, which is a temporary inconvenience as the property is still working towards new and upcoming developments that continue to make this area the more comfortable to live in. As a first time renter Julie and her team have truly made this a very delightful experience. The facilities here are kept very clean and organized. Whenever any work needs to be done around the complex we are given immediate notification so we can be aware of it and any maintenance issues we have are handled very quickly. I was looking into multiple apartment complexes in northern orange county and found this hidden gem on Zillow. Julie made this apt search easy. 1. She had the best attitude when i met her- and very attentive. 2. Was able to communicate accordingly- setting up tour appt/sent reminders and making sure i had somewhere to park once i got there. 3.
