Karim was helpful and straightforward during our out of state home purchase. He was very insightful and helpful to this difficult process. And was still willing to help us after our move.
Sales person was very nice and helpful throughout the whole buying process. But the builder quality is questionable that makes me wonder is there any quality assurance process while building the house? It was a pleasure working with Karim. He is absolutely professional and exceptional in his service. He is prompt to answer any questions I had. 5 stars for Karim. Unfortunately things didn’t work out for us due to various reasons. Coming to the builder itself, please know what you are getting into. You might find it little cheaper than other popular builders.
