I bought a home in Vine Creek a year ago and it was an absolutely horrific experience. Andrew Ferri was the sales rep I worked with. We had a closing date set in less than a month and I was assured Starlight would have the home ready. They didn't have the home ready for me to do the final walkthrough, but they charged me $500 per day every day I was late on closing (this was their fault, not mine).
