Minor contribution to report our experience. The experience with Kyle for the rental process was lovely, and very friendly. The building is not too big and amenities are nice. Not sure about the add value of the Utron parking but we have to deal with. The layout is not bad and we have plenty of closets which necessary and convenient. The private terrace is a real plus and the localisation is perfect with the HBLR just at the corner. Rachel has been an amazing. Unfortunately, I moved because the complex doesn't have an electric charger and they have an automatic garage thing, not my cup of tea, but the assistant property manager Rachel has been amazing!
Management stood me up for a leasing tour after I had traveled 1.5 hours here. I had called multiple times and emailed with no response or follow-up. The leasing assistant reminded me three times of my appointment time, but no one at the leasing office even bothered to show up the day of. Complete waste of time. Beware of this management company…seems highly unprofessional, incompetent and lacks respect for other people’s time.
