My experience at VINE Hoboken has been absolutely wonderful. From the moment I moved in, I’ve felt welcomed and comfortable in the community. One of my favorite things about VINE is how pet-friendly it is. I have a dog, and it’s been great living somewhere where pets are genuinely welcomed and accommodated. There are plenty of other dog owners and pets around, which creates a friendly and social atmosphere. Responsive staff, clean building, great amenities but the parking garage is completely awful.
Minor contribution to report our experience. The experience with Kyle for the rental process was lovely, and very friendly. The building is not too big and amenities are nice. Not sure about the add value of the Utron parking but we have to deal with. The layout is not bad and we have plenty of closets which necessary and convenient. The private terrace is a real plus and the localisation is perfect with the HBLR just at the corner.
