Joe is an exceptional fella to work with! I asked about a special backrest pad that wasn't an option on his website. Instead of turning me away like most companies would he investigated and had inquired with Lepera about my idea. Within a few days joe had some photos of what he was able to gather for me! Good craftsmanship and quality parts, but be prepared to wait for a while. Seems like parts are made to order and it can take up to a couple months. Surprised they don’t have any parts on hand to ship faster to customers. Parts are not cheap, but you get what you pay for. I’m happy with my purchase overall.
Just installed the Vindikta 24 inch Sissy Bar tonight and it looks amazing!!! The guys in the shop custom made some modifications to it for me with no problem. Deleted the back rest cushion and filled in the 3 screw holes, so now it’s just a solid plate. The craftsmanship and quality is second to none, worth the price and wait time to manufacture the parts.
