My only issue is that payment was expected right away when the rule of thumb is 7 days. It was then expected for Pedro to “hassle” me for payment after 2 days along with the lady from the office calling me also for payment. It should be left for the repair guy to also hassle for payment. I don’t feel like it’s his responsibility to do that

Tony Amaya and his company is supper efficient in emergency situations. I am the realtor. My seller’s water heater needs to evaluation. We made an appt for the next day. And the storm was coming at that day, Tony still arrived on time and helped us to fix the issue! It was totally beyond my expectations, I highly recommended him and his company!!! And he will be my first contact plumber from now on.

I recently had my hot water heater and boiler replaced with a combination tankless unit by Vinci. Pedro did the work and I couldn't be happier. He was very communicative and professional and does beautiful work. He is a master of his craft.
