HORRIBLE Experience. It was the gaslighting, the repeated disrespect, it was the racism and the robbery. The nail tech became upset after I respectfully asked her multiple times to stop because her work was not turning out as I requested. The second nail tech told me multiple times that I he didnt get to eat his lunch because of me, and that what I wanted wouldnt look good, and would not fix his mistakes. Went to the High Point location to use Vinci Nail Spa gift card that was purchased from the High Point store. I was told I could not use it to pay for my $46 fine. Called the Greensboro store and Manager Randy finally tells me after 30 mins what my balance was. He told me I had $62 on the gift card. So, if there was $62 on the gift card they gave me then why did I have to pay with another form of payment. You took my money plus you will not let me use the gift card.
