On Saturday Apr 28 I had a problem with vision in my right eye that was highly concerning and seemed to require immediate attention. We called the Vincett office to get an immediate appointment but they merely said to make an appointment for Monday. This was a scary problem that needed to be seen immediately but Vincett did not understand or appreciate the urgency. The staff was great with my 8 year old daughter who had an eye injury. They were thorough with the testing and took pictures to check behind the eye as well as the surface of the eye to make sure everything was okay. Would recommend this place to others!
