Just got finished with a beard trim. Asked for the sides to be cleaned up and a fade up to the top. Instead more that 3/4 of my beard was removed and instead of a fade the entire sideburn area was shaved down to the jawline, the cheek area was shaven down to skin and most of the length in the front, which I specifically asked to keep, was removed.
